American Red Cross Blood Drive at the Brighton Campus

MCC Brighton campus is holding a Red Cross Blood Drive, Thursday, December 12, 2024, from 11:30 am until 4:00 pm in the R. Thomas Flynn Campus Center, Forum, 3-130.

In order to give blood you must meet the following qualifications: You must be in general good health and feeling well. Also, be at least 17 years old and weigh at least 110 pounds. You may only donate blood every 56 days.

The Red Cross is currently experiencing a blood shortage.  Your donation is needed to help alleviate the shortage and ensure lifesaving medical procedures are not delayed.  Maximize your blood donation to help more patients.  If you are an eligible type O, B- or A- donor, consider making a Power Red donation.  Red blood cells are the most commonly transfused blood component.
